The time travel begins when visitors enter Orlando Castle in Kissimmee and find themselves in medieval Spain. For two hours, valiant knights on trusty steeds engage in incredible sword fights and a jousting tournament, set to electric music and lighting. Amidst the excitement, a story of love and courage unfolds in the 11th century, as a delicious four-course banquet is served to guests.

True to the times, guests are invited to eat with their hands. Delicious treats to feast on include roast chicken, herb potatoes, ribs, garlic bread, tomato bisque, and castle pastry.
