You can adapt these tried-and-true stress relievers to your life today when you’re feeling overwhelmed. Be more active, like you were in your youth. Avoid the tendency to wind down by slumping on the couch after work and mindlessly watching TV for hours on end, then sinking into bed. Your body is meant to be used… so use it!
